What is focaccia?
Focaccia is a fluffy Italian bread made with olive oil. It's baked with seasonings or toppings (vegetables, meat, cheese). It can be served as a meal (like a fluffier version of pizza), appetizer, or used for sandwiches.
How long does Gotcha Focaccia™ stay fresh?
We bake Gotcha Focaccia™ to order and send it out for delivery that day. So it's super duper fresh!
We recommend eating your focaccia within 2 days for optimal freshness. However, the olive oil acts as a natural preservative and as long as you keep your focaccia wrapped airtight and toast to heat up the oils, it will be delicious and fluffy for many more days.
How to toast:
Slice and toast or put the entire loaf in a 400°F oven for 2-4 minutes until crust is crisp and hot to the touch.
Storage:
Freeze your focaccia for up to 6 months. Defrost and toast as above.
How do I serve Gotcha Focaccia™?
Focaccia is delicious on its own, as a vehicle for dips, or as a sandwich.
You can eat your focaccia as is or toast it to bring out the oils.
Slice and toast or put the entire loaf in a 400°F oven for about 3-5 minutes until crust is crisp and hot to the touch.
There are many ways to serve focaccia! Here are a few ideas:
- Rip and dip
- Cut it into cubes and serve as an appetizer
- Slice in half and make a sandwich
- Create open faced toasts
- Make croutons

Do you deliver outside of NYC?
We are working on it! Drop us an email at focaccia@gotcha.cafe to let us know where you are and we'd be happy to discuss custom shipping options.
When will I receive my order?
You will be prompted to choose a delivery date during checkout. We deliver on Tuesdays and Fridays between 4 PM - 9 PM.
For custom delivery or pickup options, please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate.
If you are missing or experiencing issues with your order, please contact us. You will need proof of purchase.
How can I get Gotcha Focaccia™ to be delivered on a different day?
We understand that sometimes our delivery schedule doesn't match your focaccia cravings (or event schedule). We gotcha (within reason!). Please email your request to focaccia@gotcha.cafe and we will try our best to accommodate.
What are the ingredients in Gotcha Focaccia™?
Gotcha Focaccia™'s base ingredients are:
- unbleached wheat flour
- extra virgin olive oil
- honey
- yeast
- salt
Toppings include garlic, onion, sesame seeds, herbs, and spices.
We use only all natural, vegan ingredients and do not add any preservatives.

Is Gotcha Focaccia™ gluten free?
Absolutely not.
How should I store Gotcha Focaccia™?
Store your focaccia in an airtight wrap or bag at room temperature. Freeze for longevity.
For optimal texture after 2 days, toast in a 400 F oven for 2-4 minutes, until crust is crisp.
Can I freeze Gotcha Focaccia™?
Yes! Gotcha Focaccia™ still tastes amazing when frozen fresh and reheated. Just make sure to wrap it well.

What is your refund policy?
All sales are final.
If your product arrived damaged, please contact us. We will handle on a case by case basis. You will need proof of purchase.

Do you have a store?
Not yet. We bake out of a commercial kitchen in Brooklyn and sell via local delivery and pop-ups around NYC.
We're early in our journey and look forward to finding a permanent home for our focacceria when the timing is right.
